Nullgear Return Policy


We stand behind every product we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was listed. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@nullgear.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we'll offer a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement item, or store credit — your choice.

What Isn't Covered

Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or damage caused after delivery. We do not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
